Resep cake ini saya bikin untuk birthdaynya ibu mertua...udah 3 kali saya bikin resep ini, tapi baru kali ini saya sempet posting....kebetulan sang suami suka banget sama cake yang satu ini....soalnya rasanya coklat bgt...jadi ketagihan bikin cakenya...:) thanks buat mba Vania, karena resep ini saya dapetin dari beliau:D masih inget waktu nelpon...mba V semangat banget ngajakin aku buat nyoba resep ini...dan ternyataaaa emang ueenaakk...hihihihi...!
1 1/2 cup ( 3 sticks) unsalted butter, plus more for pans
3/4 cup dutch-process cocoa powder, sifted, plus more for pans
1/2 cup hot water
2 1/4 cup sugar1 table spoon vanilla extract
4 large egg, lightly beaten
3 cups cake flour, not self-rising, sifted
1 cup milk1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. heat oven to 350 F, butter two 9 by 2-inch round cake pans, line bottoms with parchment paper. Butter parchment; dust with cocoa powder, tapping out excess. In a medium bowl, whisk cocoa with hot water until smooth. set a side to cool.
2. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat butter and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy, 3-4 minutes, scrapping down side twice. Add eggs, one at a
time, beating to combine after each. Beat in vanilla.
3.In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Whisk milk into reserved cocoa mixture. with mixer on low speed, alternately add flour and cocoa mixture to the batter, a little of each at a time, starting and ending with flour mixture.
4. Devide batter evenly among the two prepared pans. Bake until a cake tester inserted into center of each layer comes out clean, 35-45 minutes, rotating the pans for even baking. Transfer layers to wire rack, let cool completely.
5. decorate the cake with your favourite frosting.

Lagi buka-buka buku resep...trus nemuin resep muffins ini...bikinnya gampang dan kebetulan bahan2nya ada dirumah...buat isinya bisa diganti apa aja...karena dirumah lagi ada raspberry jam...jadi aku pake itu buat isinya...
1 1/2 cups (225 gr) all-purpose flour (plain) flour
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 cup (100 gr) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (125 gr) butter, melted
1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (essence)
1 1/2 cups (270 gr) white chocolate chips
1/2 cup (160 ml) strawberry preserves or jam

Preheat the oven to 350 F (180C/gas 4)
Line a 12-cup muffins pan with foil or paper baking cups
Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl. stir in the sugar
Beat the butter, milk, egg and vanilla in a medium bowl until well blended. Stir the milk mixture intothe dry ingredients, follow by the chocolate chips.
Spoon three-quartersof the butter into the the prepared cups. Spoon a heaping 1 teaspoon Strawberry preserves into each muffin, making a hole in the batter.Top with the remaining batter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool the muffins on the rack.
